Positive: Lovely clean bright apartment, great bathrooms, really appreciated the soap, shampoo etc. Whole place was warm and welcoming. Quiet and comfortable. Appreciated the scrubbie and dishcloth and tea coffee, nice crockery and cutlery, well done on having kitchen roll in the well equipped kitchen. Appreciated having lots of lamps around. The door fob was quick and easy, lift was clean and quick, common areas were clean and bright.
Negative: There was no washing up liquid and no tea towel to dry up with. I didn't have enough dirty dishes to use a dishwasher and, even if i did, there is always something that needs washing up by hand. I would have loved it if there were some small packets of salt and pepper to go with the tea and coffee. I brought a pint of milk with me but i think some people would appreciate a few little cartons of milk just while they get settled and before they can go shopping.
Summary: Great apartment and will certainly stay there again.
