Positive: This place is a diamond in the rough. I travel weekly and have top tier status at multiple chains. I can't recommend this stay and the host enough. To note I travel for work so I wasn't able to enjoy the riverfront or hot tub but man I wish I could. Keep up up the good work, y'all set a high bar. I've never been more impressed with the welcome factor. Cheers
