Positive: The room was really clean. The location is quiet and with a very beautiful view. There was flexibility on adding a guest.
Negative: The online communication wasn't really working. There wasn't even a single bottle of water as a welcoming. There weren't towels for the added guest. There isn't good sound insulation.
