The two guest rooms each provide a queen bed, dual nightstands and lamps, ceiling fan, and wall-mounted TV. These bedrooms share a hall bath with a tub/shower.
OUTDOOR AMENITIES
Outdoors, the tall privacy fence around the covered patio where you can enjoy a family barbecue using the gas grill and dine al fresco at the teak dining table for 6.

The rear covered patio is surrounded by a 6 ft privacy fence. Inside the fence is a gas grill, outdoor dining and a hot tub. There is no access to the backyard.
Most of our guests drive to the property. A vehicle is necessary to get the best benefit from your Lake Travis vacation. The closest airport is Austin-Bergstrom International Airport (ABIA).

The breaker is located behind the art in the double queen bedroom. if any outlets, lights, fans aren't working please check the breakers.
IF THE HOT WATER IS NOT WORKING PLEASE PULL DOWN THE LADDER IN THE PRIMARY CLOSET. AT THE TOP OF THE LADDER IS THE TANKLESS WATER HEATER. PLEASE TURN OFF AND ON THE RESET.
