It is a quiet, private, light, and airy country cottage with 1100 square feet of living space on nearly an acre of land near beautiful Lake Hodges. The house is fully renovated with stunning, high-end materials. It's not your average rental. Sit in the spacious screened-in porch and take in the scenery. Enjoy the sun or night sky on the outdoor lounge chairs and enjoy another exquisite view. The house is surrounded by nature. It has one bedroom with an en-suite bath downstairs and a beautiful master bath with a queen-sized sleeping loft upstairs. It is fully equipped with high-speed wifi, printer, office supplies, full subscription cable TV plus most streaming services. You are a 15-20 minute drive to Del Mar beach and racetrack down a gorgeous country road through Rancho Santa Fe. Hop on the 15 freeway and be in Temecula or downtown San Diego in 20-30 minutes. You are near the Wild Animal Park (15 minutes), and there are many shops and restaurants. It is very centrally located. Close to Palomar Hospital, shopping, etc. A feeling of a quiet retreat, with everything close by.

Summary: This property is a true gem! It's beautiful, quiet, peaceful, and relaxing. This is NOT your average VRBO, its a little slice of heaven with attention to detail that could be featured on HGTV. The view from the screened in porch is awe inspiring. If you are looking for a serene place to enjoy the greater San Diego area, look no further! Shelley went above and beyond as a host, which made my stay even better. She was thoughtful, helpful, and informative. 5 stars all the way around! I would absolutely stay again.
