2 Bedroom Cottage in Springs, East Hampton

Architect's own beach house with great room for living/dining, large open air porch, spacious private yard, and private access to Three Mile Harbor, with private bathing/boating. Unique contemporary design featuring 15' ceilings. Private access to 3-Mile Harbor. Possible rental of my 14' Bluejay sailboat to qualified sailors located next to house = $300/week. I will meet with prospective guests and introduce them to the house, site, etc. The house is registered as a rental home with the Town of East Hampton, registry number 16-2,771.

Summary: This is our second time staying at Robert's house and we once again found it a wonderful respite from our busy lives. The house is spacious and minimalist and the location near the bay is ideal.
