Positive: Reasonably priced situated not too far from Waterloo Merseyrail station giving good access to Liverpool city centre and to Southport. Roomy with all the appliances required.
Negative: Some of the blinds need attention as starting to curl so don’t fully meet up when closed. Felt slightly uncomfortable in a downstairs front bedroom even though property is off the road.
