Travel Purpose: business
Positive: Modern property, decor and facilities, roomy, very comfortable. All equipment that is needed, including full kitchen facilities. Excellent parking although the driveway is steep. The hosts couldn't have been more helpful.
Negative: As an Aucklander, not acclimatised to Wellington weather, and visiting in winter, even though the days were sunny, it was still cold in the lounge, kitchen area. Add on top of that I am an older person who feels the cold more than most people. Even so, I wonder whether something more could be done with the flooring in the lounge area to make it warmer. A larger thicker mat maybe? Bedroom was fine even though it is further away from the heat pump and I put that down to the lovely carpet there.
Summary: 9.9 out of 10. I'll definitely be back.
