Positive: Great facilities, very friendly staff, nice rooms, very good restaurant

Negative: Hirayu is very small and only has 3 restaurants, of which only one is really good. If you're ok with that, it's a great location from where to start mountain tours. Busses go everywhere, but the schedules are light, you need to plan ahead.
