Positive: The room was spacious, loved that the floors were laminate - so much better than the usual filthy motel carpets, beds were comfy. Loved the table and chairs on the balcony. Check-in was smooth. The location was good, close to amenities, and a lovely park with a pond to walk our small dog. Quiet and respectful guests. Lots of parking.
Negative: The AC was musty smelling when turned on and had a very bad smell! We couldn't use it, and the room became very hot even with the window wide open. The hair dryer was missing, and it was cut from the wall. The shower controls were tricky to figure out and hard to turn on. Perhaps you could include a note about how they work. It's a great spot. If you could sort out the AC, it is a solid motel stay.
