Summary: Staff were extremely kind and welcoming. We were truly pampered. Top notch. The lodge and grounds were more than we could have hoped for! Our park view room had a superb view! We could hear the elephants exhaling deeply as they were waking up in the morning as if we were having a sleep over! My son loved every moment and didn’t want to leave. Can’t say enough good things. Do not miss this. Best experience on the island in 4 weeks of travel over 2 trips. I would liken the staff service here to staying at Aman resorts - truly pampered.
