Summary: Although the lady at reception was very friendly and helpful, the motel is unfortunately in a very poor condition. The room was located on the street side and extremely noisy with roadworks and traffic during the day and traffic at night. The door to the room was hard to open, it was stuck on a desk too wide that stopped the door from opening smoothly. There was a desk but no chair to sit at it, shower curtain hooks on rail, but no shower curtain, the small wardrobe had not even one coat hanger, the toilet bowl was in dire need of a serious scrub, the grass in the pool area was in need of a mowing and a tidy up, not an inviting area. I know it is a budget motel and did not expect too high a standard, however some standards of presentation and service should always be maintained.
