Positive: What a fantastic place to stay, a beautiful home full of history and character. We felt welcome from the very first moment we stepped inside - milk in the fridge, tea and coffee available and a bottle of wine ready to cool when fancied - a home from home! Plently of space for everyone inside and outdoors plus perfectly clean and well equiped rooms and bedrooms. The views are lovely and the area for walks perfect - with the added bonus that the castle and creek a stones throw away is for a walk, a picnic or a dip in the water. Things to do - trips to Monmouth, Crickhowell and Symonds Yat are definitely worth it, Brecon Beacons for a hike if you're fit enough :-)
