2 Bedroom House in Bilinga
This property is a comfortable holiday home with all you could need to enjoy a relaxed holiday. Lydstep is right across the road from the beach and walking or riding tracks and the spacious decks front and back are there for you to enjoy every aspect.
This property has a large grassed area for the kids to run around while you're not spending your time at the beach.
The property has a newly renovated kitchen and open plan living and dining area. There are two bedrooms, one with Queen bed and the 2nd with two single beds. The 3rd single bed is not situated in the second bedroom but in an open plan area by the bedrooms.
At the northern end of Kirra and the very Southern end of Bilinga, it is within walking distance to the local surf club, local shops and close to public transport. It is a short drive to Coolangatta and only minutes from Gold Coast Airport.
Linen (including sheets, pillowcases, bath towels, hand towels, bath mats and tea towels) is included with your stay - we even triple-sheet the beds! Also included are basic amenities (hand/body wash, dish soap, laundry liquid, cleaning spray). A basic starter pack with bin liners, dishwasher tabs, cloth wipes and toilet paper is supplied but longer stays may need to top up these items.
In accordance with Gold Coast City Council this property has a strict No party and No Commercial Functions policy. As it is located in a quiet residential suburb. In consideration to our neighbours, we request guests keep noise to a minimum outside and observe the residential area "Quiet time" from 10pm to 8 am.
