Positive: The apartment itself was great. However, during our entire stay (3 days/2 nights), the lifts did not work. So climbing to the 5th floor each time (with luggage) etc. was very inconvenient. I understand that this is out of the owners control, but if we had know that this was the situation, we would have cancelled the booking. We had to work out where the stairs were, from the ground floor as well as the basement where the car was parked.
Negative: Lifts not working in the complex.
