A quelques minutes à pied des 1ers commerces et activités.
A 10 minutes à pied du plein coeur du centre ville, 2 minutes à peine en bus ou en vélo, les bornes de location de vélos à assistance éléctriques de la ville se trouvant à quelques mètres. ( application Bik’ air )
Gares de Menton et Carnolès, toutes les 2 à moins de 10 minutes à pied, je propose de venir vous chercher pour plus de confort.
Arrêts de bus en bas de la résidence pour rejoindre Monaco très facilement en 15 minutes environ et toutes destinations toutes les 10 minutes.

Pas d'établissement aux alentours créant des nuisances.

Une chambre élégante donnant sur la terrasse avec dressing, téléviseur et literie de grande qualité (matelas très épais avec une face ferme et une face souple) Vue mer féérique du lit!
Luxueuse salle de bain très design et sa large douche italienne.
Les toilettes sont séparés.
Un deuxième couple ou vos enfants peuvent séjourner très confortablement, car le canapé convertible est de grande qualité avec un matelas Bultex épais conçu pour un couchage quotidien en 160.
L'appartement est équipé d'une climatisation gainable réversible très silencieuse assurant une température idéale et homogène dans tout l'appartement.
Leds variables pour assurer des ambiances cosy et reposantes dans la chambre et la pièce principale.
Tout a été pensé pour le confort et le bien être de ses occupants.
Vous disposez d'un box fermé en sous sol.

Vous pouvez aisément stationner aux abords de la résidence et gratuitement même en très haute saison.
A 50 mètres se trouve également un parking (payant uniquement du 1er juin au 30 septembre)
À quelques mètres se situent les « Bains du Cap » nouveau complexe aquatique, avec piscines, sauna, hamam,jacuzzi, espaces bien être et solarium au dessus de la mer.
Festivités de la fête du citron à moins de 10 minutes ( sans en avoir les nuisances pendant cette période )
