SUNRISE-Recently renovated 1BD, 1BT Studio with backyard and BBQ. It's a separate dwelling behind the main house( that has been rented too). Could sleeps up to 4 people. With full Kitchen( new appliances), A/C, WiFi, cable, off street parking. A Minute away from bike path and shuttle stop. Within 1.5 miles from downtown and 2.3 miles from Surfside and Miacomet beach. Walking distance to coffee shop, bike rental shop, play ground. Easy access to town and beaches. Off street parking. Our guests can get around the island by bus(The NRTA stop is right on the corner), by bike, using Uber or taxi service is pretty good too. Beach chairs, umbrella, beach towels, towels and linens provided.

Summary: This property is wonderful - the access to bike trails and to town were great and made all the difference for us without a car for the week. The property is very well-kept, clean and modern! Our daughters 11 and 14 had a great time and enjoyed our home away from home! Thank you Elena!!
