Positive: beautiful view, beautiful home, great fire pit, and easy drives to parks.
Negative: Having to strip bedding and having to rid trash ourselves to the dumpster. When your trying to pack up and load a family of 4 or more, it makes for a very busy morning. would be nice to eliminate some of the hassle.
Summary: Would totally stay here again
