The tiny home is nestled on the river bend, offering a picturesque view of the flowing waters. To the right, it also offers breathtaking vistas of the stunning You Yangs mountains. You Yangs Regional Park is just a quick 10-minute drive away.

A cozy 139-square-foot tiny home with easy access to water, split air conditioning, a kitchenette, cooking equipment, and excellent bathroom facilities.These amenities include an eco-friendly cassette toilet with a removable waste holding tank, hand basin, and gas-heated shower.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Please be advised there will be another tiny house called "Little Stream Farm" that sits on the same property. If you want to book in groups. please contact your land host 24 hrs in advance to make arrangements.
Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the tiny house and its surroundings. We kindly advise guests to only stay in the large paddock where the tiny homes are located, spanning approximately 50 acres, as well as the areas along the river.
Please refrain from crossing to the opposite side of the river and avoid proximity to the main house on the property.
Little River Farm is approx 150 meters away from the main house, approx xx m away from second tiny house which is Little Stream Farm.

By public transport: We regret to inform you that transportation directly from our property is limited. Therefore, we recommend that guests travel by private vehicles for their convenience.

- Strictly no pets allowed
- No unregistered guests or visitors are allowed
- No open fires and BBQ grills allowed during fire season
- No smoking inside the tiny home, except in designated areas
- Telstra, Optus & Vodafone have good signals; while the rest have no signal
- We would like to advise guests that longer stays or later check-outs will incur an additional charge

- Due to the nature of the property, abundant wildlife may be presenton the property.
- For stays of 5 nights or more, an additional cleaning fee will be collected to help maintain the [compost/cassette] toilets and ensure a clean and fresh experience for all guests. We appreciate your understanding.
