Renovations to kitchen dining living area recent. Fully equipped kitchen with Marri centre island bench and open plan living area. Pot belly stove/fire.
Outside area includes upstairs balcony and downstairs lounging area as well as table/bbq area.
Gardens and lawn surround the house and the home paddock is safely fenced off from other paddocks and dams.
Views from the house encompass the gardens and dams and extend to pristine
National Forrest at rear of the 7 acre property which includes beautiful bush walks.
Kangaroos and ducks at sunset.
