New front-load washer/dryer, bicycle and indoor Peloton in a shared space. Walk to Rockridge and Temescal, easy access to UC Berkeley and SF.
Kitchen has all you need to cook - sharp knives, spices, real silverware, spices - a large convection oven, microwave, 2 burner built-in induction cooktop plus an extra plug-in induction cooktop, coffee maker, toaster, Instant Pot, blender, high quality pots and pans.
