Negative: Staff: When I checked in, I brought a few large bags, but three staff members were just standing around and didn’t offer to help. It felt like a lack of hospitality. Amenities: There were limited amenities and not enough towels provided. Cleanliness: There was dust under the bed, which makes me think housekeeping didn’t clean that area properly. Hot Water: The hot water wasn’t hot enough and took quite a while to warm up. Reception: Strangely, during check-out, the receptionist asked me to leave a review without even asking how my stay was or whether everything was okay. Anyway, even though you're a budget hotel with limited in-room facilities, please make sure your staff takes better care of the guests. Believe me, when guests feel well taken care of, they will gladly give you a good review.
