Your secluded, stylish lake side estate has stunning mile-long views of Lake Wylie across the entire back of the home. The 2200 SqFt home was built in 2022 and sits on 2-acres w/ over 500ft of shoreline where waterfowl and forest animals roam. Just minutes from the trendy small town of Belmont, with popular restaurants, pubs and boutiques. 5 minutes from Daniel Stowe Botanical Gardens, 15 minutes to recreational adventures at the National Whitewater Center. 30 minutes to uptown Charlotte.
On the driveway side of the house you will find a two-car carport and plenty of space for five additional cars to park. A lush flower garden welcomes you to the front and side entrances of this single story home. Inside the front entrance to the right is the entertainment and living space with an open floor plan encompassing the kitchen, dining and living rooms. To the left are the bedrooms and bathrooms separate from the activity of the entertainment space. The entire back of the house faces the lake with large picture windows or sliding doors which open onto a wide deck. The deck showcases an outdoor living room and dining area, and then drops down a few steps to a stone patio and firepit that is 30 yards from the water where you’ll find the outdoor grill.
Back inside is a 65" TV with in-wall surround sound all driven by fiber optic and streaming services. The kitchen has an island with stools next to a dining table that seats 10. Bathrooms are all tiled, floor to-ceiling in the showers, and a small office w/ a large work surface completes the scene.
Your property is dominated by a 1-acre open field surrounded on two sides by water. A small boardwalk leads to another acre of lake-side wetlands that occasionally floods, but where you can walk along the water for hundreds of yards the majority of the year. On the property next door you will find two cabins that are also available to rent for 2-people each. On that property is a shared outdoor recreation area by the water that contains a large campfire-style fire pit, a launch spot for kayaks and paddle boards, and a 1/2 acre flat field with several yard games. Fishing spots are all around with over 500 ft. of shoreline on three sides.
