Spanning over 2,500 square feet across two levels, this inviting 4-bedroom, 3-bath home boasts stunning views of Lake Bowen. The main level features an open floor plan that connects the kitchen and living room, leading out to a covered outdoor porch. Guests can gather around the gas fireplace on cooler nights or enjoy an open fire at the outdoor fire pit.
As the day winds down, the cozy downstairs sitting area, complete with a minibar (BYOC - bring your own cocktails), provides a perfect spot for relaxation. This area is also great for kids, who can play games or watch movies while adults enjoy the outdoor porches.

At the end of the rental, guests are responsible for the fuel used. All necessary safety equipment, including a canopy, anchor, fish finder/depth gauge, Bluetooth hookup, map, and lake rules, are provided, and the boat will be delivered to your dock.
