This beautiful, fully furnished townhouse is positioned right on the lake with privacy from the public walkway and spectacular water views of the lake.
During summer, enjoy a swim in the residential pool.
It has a lovely outlook for guests to sit back, relax, enjoy a complimentary bottle of SA wine, have a BBQ and watch the Pelicans come into land.
Fishing is just around the rocks, with the beach over the road. For the children, there is a wonderful park/playground around the corner.
The townhouse features 3 bedrooms and 2 Bathrooms.
