Our Lake House is a cozy 1,500 sq ft new construction built Summer 2012 located on scenic Lake St. John near Ferriday, Louisiana. Perfect for a family vacation or a quiet weekend getaway, this 3 bedroom/2 full bath home is fully equipped to meet all your vacation needs. Two bedrooms have queen-sized beds with closets and one bedroom has bunk beds with a closet.
Kitchen and living room are in an open floor plan. Living room has a leather couch that converts to a queen size bed, brand new LCD TV.
Kitchen has all stainless steel appliances.
Step outside on to a long relaxing porch with fans just a few steps away from beautiful Lake St. John. Enjoy your morning sunrise, afternoon breeze, and BEAUTIFUL evening sunset on the large, furnished, covered swim dock located at the end of the pier.
Natchez, MS is 20 minutes away and is one of the top tourist attractions in Mississippi. You'll find antebellum homes, museums, and shopping, as well as a number of other attractions. Natchez is home to the Natchez Festival of Music, The Great Mississippi River Hot Air Balloon Festival, The Natchez Food & Wine Festival, among others scheduled throughout the year. The Delta Music Museum is located nearby, as is Frogmore Cotton Plantation and Winterquarters.
