Quiet and peaceful and only 4 km from the city center, the rural and natural environment is preserved with a clear view of the Chaine des Puys (UNESCO listed). The estate is classified as a refuge by the LPO for the protection and observation of birds. House on the 1st floor: living room with open kitchen, 1 bedroom with 1 160 cm bed, 1 bedroom with 2 90 pull-out beds that can be joined or separated, shower room / wc. Adjoining unfenced land of 3000m². Electric heating according to consumption (around 50€ per week in winter). Non-smoking gîte. Ideal location for exploring the Auvergne, hiking trails, mountain biking circuits, equestrian tourism ... Swimming at the Iloa leisure center and the St Rémy lake at 15 min. All shops and events in Thiers: art knife festival of Coutellia, Pamparina, visit of the medieval city, manufactures valley, cutlery museum and contempory art center. Access by highway east ou west at 15 min. Vichy and Clermont-Ferrand at 40 min, Lyon 1h15. Internet access 10€/week. Possibility to rent with the gîte n°1199 pour 5 persons.
