This majestic home proudly features 4 bedrooms of which 3 are master suites along with ocean views and those of the Wright Brothers Memorial. The great room, and its cathedral ceiling, is airy and inviting and the top level screened in porch makes for a great retreat to enjoy the beach breezes of Kill Devil Hills.
"St. Somewhere" at Playa Del Ray is a resort in itself! With a 50 foot long private pool, and basketball goal, the family fun never stops! As the sun goes down lay back and enjoy the millions of stars as they light up the night’s sky from one of the many spacious decks. And later, enjoy a few games of pool while relaxing in the recreation room. Complete with a kitchenette and second fridge!

Summary: Nice place with large top floor great room and fenced in pool. This was nearing end of season and it’s definitely showing wear and tear of the many rentals it had. The rugs and furnishings had some stains. The bottom level that had a pool table, bedroom, bath and laundry was very musty smelling. After 24 hrs of running air it improved. We had to clean the bedspreads before use, they were dirty. Mattresses were okay with a separate topper but likely nearing end of life. Ample kitchen supplies (pots/pans/cups/dishes). Place met our needs, pool area with tiki bar was nice.
