A wrap around veranda welcomes you as you basque in the views and sounds of local birdlife. The home greets you with a spacious combined kitchen, living and dining area with floor to ceiling bay windows to breathe in the magnificent scenery.
In front of the house is half a kilometre of absolute water frontage of Wallis Lake for you to enjoy. With a mixture of sand and mud flats along with your very own private reef, the property’s surrounding waters have world class fish and crabbing with both blue swimmer and mud crab caught meters from the river bank. The reef is known for holding many large bream and the extensive flathead ground beyond hold record breaking lizards!
The properties eight acres has many special spots to enjoy. It has a large trampoline and various areas to bask in the views. There is a wide array of wildlife including kangaroos, deer, dingos, ducks, black swans, pelicans and hundreds of species of birds. There is a mature rainforest with aged and unique dragon trees.
