Positive: The location was excellent; close to groceries, gas, restaurants. Only 30 minutes from Zion National Park. Large gas grill and firepit was great.

Negative: The cooktop didn't get hot enough to cook my dinner.

Summary: It was a very comfortable stay and I would return again.
