Summary: Pros: 1. Good value for price 2. Hotel is relatively new, and room has nice features for the money 3. Staff is helpful 4. Breakfast is good, worth the price 5. Airco worked fine 6. Didn't experience noise 7. Located near supermarket Cons: 1. Far away from Split city center, not nearby cafes and such 2. You need to walk 1km to get to a restaurant (we went to restaurant Girasole, it was a nice restaurant) 3. Construction work nearby causes slight traffic jams in surrounding area All in all I think it is a good hotel for the value. If you don't mind driving to the city center it's a good hotel.
