Negative: Need to upgrade the air conditioner maybe put air in living room who ever stayed last time didn't clean the washing machine it was a mess I think 166.00 dollars is a little high for a small dog I did like the cooking utensils with the wooden handles I would like to know were they got them i would like to have a set of them
