Beautiful log cabin - sleeps 8 - 2 bedrooms and large loft with 5 beds overlooking kitchen and living area - 1 bath. Large high windows allow lots of light and view of outdoors. Ceiling fans throughout the cabin. Cabin is set far enough off road to relax comfortably on the deck and read or sunbathe and it's protected from high winds that often blow on the island. Located close to town and restaurants, walking distance to Lake Michigan shoreline. Beautiful tranquil location to enjoy the peace and slow pace of island life. Large deck perfect for cookouts and star gazing - full kitchen, outdoor grill.

Summary: The house is beautiful and beautifully decorated! However, the drawers in the cabinets/dressers were filled with past occupants travel containers, combs, batteries; just plain JUNK! Everything was comfortable and convenient and we loved every moment of our stay. If only the TV worked, WiFi was available and we had been allowed to use the wood burning stove, it would have been perfect!
