This holiday home is situated in a quiet location in the heart of the historic centre of Corciano. The house is located directly on the walls of the old town, away from the street and surrounded by picturesque scenery. Protected from prying eyes, the house is the ideal place for a relaxing holiday.
The holiday home is surrounded on three sides by a terraced, partly paved garden. The garden offers a beautiful view of the valley and the surrounding hills and is furnished with a sofa, two armchairs, a table and two sun loungers. There are a few shady spots in the garden.
The living space extends over two levels. On the ground floor (approx. 40 m²) there is a kitchen and a living room with a fireplace, a sofa bed for two persons, a dining table and a TV. On the first floor (approx. 40 m²), reached via an old, narrow and somewhat steep staircase, there is a bedroom with a double bed, a study with desk and a bathroom with shower. It is possible to add a folding bed in the bedroom or study. The stone interior walls on the ground and first floor create a cosy atmosphere. The terracotta tiles on the ground floor were made by hand.
The streets in the historic city centre are narrow, but still easily accessible by car. The holiday home is an ideal starting point for excursions.
