Situated in the heart of the historic village of Castasegna, this charming holiday home offers you an unforgettable holiday. Castasegna is located in Bergell, on the border with Italy. Location description: Castasegna is the charming village on the border between Bergell and Italy, with shopping facilities and restaurants within walking distance in Italy, combined with a walk along the Maira (valley river). Castasegna is divided into an older farming village and a younger palazzi village (built by wealthy returnees). Castasegna is also the chestnut village of Bregaglia, where chestnuts are harvested in October and various events are organised over a period of 10 days. C. is the southernmost village in the Swiss Bergells. Palm trees, vines, peach and arpricot trees grow here.
