The Barrio Santa Rosa Neighborhood is just a few blocks south of downtown, and within walking distance of all the culture and nightlife Tucson's urban core has to offer. The surrounding architecture includes many other historic territorial victorians, Sonoran rowhouses, bungalows, and modern infill development. The neighborhood has a community garden and several public parks. This house is also directly across the street from the Five Points Market, and next to the St Vincent de Paul Thrift Store (the best thrift store in the city).

This historic home has been thoughtfully converted into three separate living spaces, each private and secure. The apartments share insulated walls, and like many apartments or hotels, occasional sounds may be heard.
