Positive: Location close to my office
Negative: Quality of housekeeping is not at par. Replenishment is missing like tissue box, cups, sugar/cream packs. I stayed this hotel multiple times, as I am at silver state, usually the manager will follow up with me on my stay, no message this time. Last stay is better in customer service and housekeeping quality
