Summary: The house was very clean and well equipped. The host was very helpful and gave us great recommendations for restaurants. Parking was great, right in front of the house or on the side driveway. The neighborhood was very quiet, we had a very nice italian restaurant on the corner, my husband attended a business meeting and was delighted ith the food and service. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and the location as perfect for us, we were 7 minutes away from downtown which was where we were attending the event we visited Tampa for.
