This 16-unit gated condominium community is tucked away in beautiful Dune Allen Beach. Located on the west end of 30A, where you will find less crowds and pristine white sand beaches with amazing emerald waters. This charming condo sleeps 5 and features two bedrooms with 3 beds, which is perfect for both couples and families alike. The master bedroom has a comfortable queen bed with a 42” Smart TV. The loft bedroom features 2 beds (1 double bed, 1 twin bed) with a 32” Smart TV and private half-bath.
This unit offers a slew of amenities, including a large pool with loungers & umbrellas, a shuffleboard court, a grill, and 2 included bicycles. You are only steps away from our 350ft of private beach with included beach chair/umbrella service. Walk or bike to nearby restaurants, shopping, coffee shops, bars, boutiques and paddle board rentals. If you like to run, walk or bike then you will enjoy the Timpoochee Trail which is located just steps away from our door. This beautiful paved trail runs along the coast stretching over 20 miles with breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico, 11 coastal dune lakes and jaw dropping natural scenery.
Enjoy your morning coffee or lunch on the large screened-in porch that overlooks the pool and courtyard. Our fully-stocked kitchen includes a large kitchen island that seats 6 and is perfect for socializing, having drinks, dining or for a friendly game of cards. At night, enjoy reading a book or stream your favorite show while you relax on our comfortable living room couch or recliner. If you need to do a little work while you enjoy paradise, our unit features a dedicated workstation with a closable door for those Zoom work calls.
