Also on the lower floor is a service bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen includes essential crockery and utensils, a kettle, toaster, coffee machine, microwave, and stove. There is also a dedicated laundry area with a washing machine and dryer.
On the upper floor are two double bedrooms with ocean views and a queen en-suite bedroom. All bedrooms come with their own balcony, plenty of storage, and high-quality bed linen to ensure a restful night's sleep.
The bathrooms are fully equipped with fresh towels and complimentary toiletries.

This is a self-check-in property, and you will be required to verify your identity before entering. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we reserve the right to charge a minimum of €200 for the smoking fee.
Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair-use policy for utilities will apply, with a limit of 80€.
