The Neighborhood:
Conveniently situated in one of the best locations in Breckenridge, our retreat is within walking distance to multiple Peak 8 activities and ski lifts. There are plenty of hiking and biking trails nearby for you to enjoy. Should you decide to take the free shuttle into town, you will have access to plenty of shopping, dining, bars, and other entertainment options you won't want to miss.
Getting Around:
The Breck free ride bus is a convenient option, with Gold Camp bus stop on the Black Express Route only a 3 minute walk from the condo. The Main Street trolley is also a great choice for wandering around downtown Breckenridge. Uber/Lyft are always available.
Other Things to Note:
Please note that, like most homes in Breckenridge, this home does not have A/C.
Please use the parking garage available; no street parking in the neighborhood.
Summit County may place a fire ban from time to time to prevent wildfires. This limits the use of the fire pit, unfortunately. Please ask us if a fire ban is in place ahead of time if you plan on using the fire pit.
There is a Ring doorbell at the front door as well as a camera facing the garage for security purposes.
Please note that the tub is serviced between guests. Sometimes the tub is just chemically treated, but sometimes it has to be drained and refilled. Because of this, please note that the tub may be cold on your arrival and may not be hot on the first night of your stay.
Please keep in mind that if you plan to ski, you are responsible for verifying the ski resorts' opening and closing dates.
4-wheel drive or 2-wheel drive tires with snow chains may be necessary for safe travel to this property, even if it hasn’t snowed in a few days.

Summary: We came to town for an early graduation gift to my daughter, so we skied and also got married at Officers Gulch May 2nd.. It was the most lovely occasion, We were blown away by the exquisite and breathtaking scene we had as our backdrop for our pictures. We are also thankful for the beautiful home we were able to bring our family to and use the gourmet kitchen to prepare the wedding dinner for our family.. My Husband is a professional chef and he was happy to have the space to work in while we prepared the meal for after the wedding dinner. ]We will have these memories for a lifetime and beyond and we will definitely be back for an anniversary in the future Thank you so much for everything
