Positive: This place is a hidden gem, seriously! I choose 'par hazard' returning to Luxembourg from Bretagne, and needed a place to stay in half-of-the-route. I was unprepared to discover, how amazing and nice was this place. The big living room with the open kitchen and the bathroom are all cutting-edge, modern, very nice rooms, seemed to be recently renovated/painted. The kitchen is fully equipped (micro, frigo, all plates, glasses, clothes, etc.) with all necessities you could ask for. The place is quiet, with fabulous wetland environment in the surrounding area, as the river Somme is so close. We had some birdwatching in the area, but seems, that this is quite a hunting territory for ducks. Worth to mention that the First World War Australian War Monument is s close and so well made that it is a huge mistake not to visit.
Negative: None, that is really a fantastic place to rest little bit.
