Once Upon a View is an extraordinary estate tucked away in the esteemed Estates of kBarton Creek community. Boasting over 5,100 SF of living space on a generous 1-acre property, this residence offers an unrivaled blend of luxury, recreation, and serenity. With beautiful view, from the hill top deck area to enjoying a dip in the pool.
This property comes with a pool table, air hockey table, Pop-A -Shoot, Foosball table and magnetic darts (safety first) you can enjoy your entire stay playing games with the family.
This home has two main levels and a third level upstairs (Master bedroom, kitchen and living room area is on the main level, no stairs needed) The downstairs has two bedrooms with two full baths and a wine room with a kitchenette and refrigerator, this floor leads to the pool.
The third, upstairs level has one bedroom and a bonus playroom. There is an inflatable queen bed or a Japanese style mattress. The other (hidden room) has kids toys (magnets and building type toys) great views from up here too.
This home has more than enough space for a large family.
The 1 acre property is fully enclosed and has manual gates for entry. It is within a secure, luxury, upscale gated community, as well.
Omni resort spa is 5 minutes drive and can be booked for a spa day.
In addition, we are an easy, no traffic, 15 minute drive to Austin downtown center, 10 minute drive to Bee caves Galleria Mall and tons of family fun activities.
