Main level features a fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and dining room overlooking the wraparound, covered front porch and the Village’s charming brick-paver walkways. Great room has new hardwood floors, gas-log fireplace and Smart TV. Large main floor bedroom with full main level bath is so convenient for guests. Second Level features three bedrooms, each with ensuite baths and full laundry room. Third level bunk room will be everyone’s favorite hangout spot featuring six twin beds, cozy TV viewing area and wetbar.
The home is in the center of Bay Harbor’s Village Beach neighborhood and is a short 100-yard walk to Sunset Beach, your private oasis for building sand castles, paddleboarding and watching phenomenal sunsets over Lake Michigan’s Little Traverse Bay.
