Positive: Great location, room to park your car. Appartment itself is easy accessible, enough room, clean and has everything you need. We used the appartment for a night on our way to Austria, but would have loved to stay longer.
Negative: As far as I could tell the diagonal windows did not have any curtains or something to shield the rooms from the light. We stayed here in february and arrived late, so it was no problem. But during the summer perhaps you would prefer to make it dark when you go to sleep and it is not dark outside yet (e.g. children).
