Welcome to Zava Ranch, a tranquil California farmstay, a countryside escape surrounded by organic lemon orchards, eucalyptus, pepper and pine trees, and endless rolling hills — just an easy drive from Los Angeles, Ventura, and Santa Barbara.
This bright, airy farmhouse is ideal for family reunions, friend getaways, retreats, or business travel. The single-level layout is convenient for kids, pets, and guests with limited mobility.
Unwind on the porch, sway in a hammock, watch hummingbirds, stroll the orchard and harvest lemons, or hike up to the water tower for panoramic views. Kids and pets love the open space, and there’s ample room to park a boat or trailer.
We know that people need to work remotely and high speed internet is a priority. We currently have 100Mbps service going to property. We also have solar power and battery backup.

Bathrooms: 2 full baths inside the home. For larger groups, an adjacent barn offers an additional full bath and half bath (available on request).

Guests have access to extensive orchard grounds and trails. Feel free to harvest lemons to take home during your stay.
