Downstairs is the entrance foyer with 4 bedrooms (main with ensuite), main bathroom and laundry.
LOCATION
Moira Parade is situated in idyllic surrounds on the North Coast. Hawks Nest is located just 2.5 hours North of Sydney and 50 minutes from Newcastle. A tremendous area for surfing, fishing or just relaxing. Patrolled area at Hawks Nest main beach or just stroll around the corner to the quieter Jimmy's Beach with views to Nelson Bay.
The twin towns of Tea Gardens/Hawks Nest are considered the North Shore of Port Stephens and is a habitat for a myriad of wildlife. Hawks Nest has 40kms of surfing beach with access for four wheel driving. The area is surrounded by National Park and the Myall waterways.
The Hunter vineyards are only an hour's drive away. Port Stephens area is one of the State's largest seafood producers and for the amateur angler this offers a vast array of fun.
