Summary: The service was decidedly “cool” as in staff was not interested in giving guests the best possible experience. Reservation could not be found and instead of owning the problem, offering a drink in the meantime, it was made out to be our fault. The complimentary bread and oil and dinner was served seconds before the food arrived instead of at the beginning with drinks. Breakfast is a wonderful spread but when I asked for hot milk I was asked to use the barista machine by myself. Architecturally the hotel is stunning but the service left me underwhelmed. At check out he reception staff was too busy discussing their problems and life instead of taking an interest in guests and get meaningful feedback back. The feedback I then gave will surely not reach management which is a pity.
