Generously furnished & newly renovated home located near Old Town Tustin in a safe neighborhood.
Accommodate 6 people: 2 queen beds + 2 single trundle beds in 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
A black bottom pool with Jacuzzi is most refreshing during the summer months. Optional pool heating is available at cost of utilities. Ideal for entertainment and family gathering: a large BBQ island, complete with sink and separate cook top. Plenty of outdoor furniture to accommodate dozens of guests. In Southern California, we mostly dine in our backyard because we almost never see a BUG.
60’ flat screen TV with surround-sound,Bluray player with many movies. Over the air TV ( over 50 local channels) as well as Netflix, Pandora. 46'TV in one bedroom with Netflix.
Our kitchen is fully equipped with high end appliances and a built-in dining area. All linens, cookware, dishes and utensils included.
In addition to WiFi, we provide you with a PC and a 24’ monitor.

Summary: Pros: the house is located within a short drive to beaches and Disney and the spa and pool are clean and inviting (though it must be noted that the house is directly below the landing pattern for the nearby airport). The house is well stocked with kitchen supplies and the owner was relatively easy to contact and was accommodating when we needed to make a last minute date change. Cons: The beds, furniture and bedding are dated and not terribly comfortable. There was a large cockroach in the bathroom on arrival. There are outdoor cameras installed in the backyard that appeared to be coming on/recording periodically when we were sitting around on the patio furniture in the evening. This was especially strange and for this reason we checked out a day early. While we understood the owner had every right to have outdoor surveillance, it felt like an invasion of privacy in a place that was supposed to be a home away from home. Overall, we would probably not choose this VRBO again, though the value was good.
