This convenient and welcoming two storey terrace is situated just 800m from Sydney's Freshwater Beach and only 200m from the buzzing Freshwater Village. The village has a supermarket, trendy boutiques, a range of specialty shops and many cafes and restaurants which are sure to cater to all tastes. The Terrace is only steps away to public transport which will see you to the famous Manly Beach and Wharf within 10 mins. From Manly Wharf, you'll get easy and convenient access to Sydney City on the famous Manly Ferry.
The Ground Level
The generous, manicured and completely private outdoor entertainers courtyard is well equipped with a 6 seater dining table, BBQ and an umbrella for those extra sunny days.
The lounge area is built for comfort, contains ample seating and is ready for great conversation, a movie night or an afternoon siesta. With a seperate dining table, this terraced home is ready and waiting for your enjoyment.
Help yourself to some coffee and tea in the kitchen set just off the main living area, and be in the mix for a social setting. Just off the kitchen is a full internal laundry equipped with a washing machine and dryer.
Upstairs
The master bedroom is extremely generous in size and fitted with a queen bed. The second bedroom is also generous in size with a double bed. Both rooms are fitted with built in robes and plantation shutters, as is the rest of the home.
The bathroom is full sized with both a shower and bath with a seperate WC.
The upstairs lounge retreat contains a 2.5 seater lounge and TV.
The complex has visitor parking. If non is available, street parking is untimed, free and extremely convenient, with terrace access straight off the main street.

Summary: We had a great time - the house is perfect for a small family, all mod cons and a short walk from lovely Freshwater village and the beach. Annie was super responsive and resolved the one tiny issue we had during the stay incredibly promptly. Would recommend to anyone
